I was charged many times for icloud storage and didn't recieve any of it.

About a month ago i tried to buy more storage for my icloud (i even tried from 2 itunes account) i was charged about 8 times in total but i didn't recieve any extra storage on icloud. I tried to contact apple assitance or online support, amd i couldn't find any help. How can i do to get my money back and have the storage i paid for? Is this how apple customer survice work? U take people's money and you give mo service at all?

It's unacceptable that i am an apple/itunes/icloud client, and the minute i am having a problem it is like i am dealing with an imaginary company, no one can help me no one can explain, and worst i cannot contact anyone! Even when i went to the istyle store in bucharest they just wouldn't help me.

You might think 2 euros are nothing but when you try 10 times, it is 20 euros, and when millions of apple clients try 10 times each it is alot of money. So is this how you people actually win money?


This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

It shows multiple times on the account's purchase history ?

Or are the y temporary store holding charges : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?

I didn't say you took money from me. That was for apple.com on whom's site i am writing this... But yeah they were purchases the money was taken from my account..

when iuse the link u gave me (report a problem) this is what i have: 'No content available for reporting a problem. To report a problem about purchases older than 90 days or for help with purchases other than apps, and books, contact iTunes Store Support.'

as i said it is like i am dealing with an imaginary company... Wherever i go either i have no answer, either i am sent somewhere else, then again... No answer.
